I been with fasthosts, or should i say slowhosts for nearly 3 years, had a dedicated server for 30months which served its purpose, now the server is surplus to requirements, tried to cancel it nearly a month ago then got an email yesterday saying i was over due payment, sent loads of email to tech support about all they keep saying is no we didn't get this that and the other, anyway now have had to get ICANN involved as they now denying me access to transfer domains to another provider.

We are coming up to our first year as a customer of Fasthosts and would like to thank them and their support team for the service that we have received. Our last 'server' provider had serious problems with their set up and it caused our business websites to be offline for more than a day which is when we approached Fasthosts for help. Within hours they had us setup and back trading on a dedicated server that to this day has not failed and kept our business online! Here's to another year!

VAT was charged in an invoice of an EU country, then was promised to credit our account towards future payments and finally Fasthosts refused to credit our account, with the excuse our VAT number was not available at the time of the invoice, although our previous year invoice was without VAT and the accounting department new our VAT very well. This kind of behavior shows bureaucracy and that Fasthosts do not care about it's customers.
I have had my dedicated servers with Fasthosts for a number of years and I wont change my server company. The service level I receive from the support team is beyond superb and I never have to wait more than 20 seconds before the phone is picked up which is critical to me in my busy day. Add the fact that all the team are UK based and incredibly knowledgeable means that most issues are resolved in minutes, again very important to my business. if you're not using Fastshosts ... Why not?

I have been with Fasthosts for a number of years. Starting from a shared platform including a Virtual Private Server to a Dedicated Server which I have been using for afew months now. Moving to the server was not an easy task and subsequently I needed the help of the techy guys who guided me through the whole process. They have proved themselves time after time over the years to me and that's why I will continue to support and recommend their services.

I had been with my previous supplier of a dedicated server for some time. I first of all asked them for an upgrade and a price of this 2 weeks later they had still not given me a price. I went to the fast hosts website and with one hour I had a fully working and configured server. I could not recommend the sales team and support guys high enough..
